Where are you located?
We are located Bang on Calangute Beach. Centrally located walking distance to Calangute & Baga Market.
What is distance from Resort to Beach?
The Resort is on the beach! Walkable distance about 200 meters from Room.
Is there a Swimming Pool in the Resort and what is dress code?
Yes we have one of the largest swimming pools in Calangute in the resort called LAGOON and the dress code to be followed is a nylon swimming suit.
Is outside Food & Liquor allowed?
As per company policy we do not allow outside food and liquor since we serve them inside the Resort.
Can baggage be stored at Resort after my check-out?
Baggage can be stored at Resort in Luggage Room at Front Office for a time period of 5-6hrs
Does Resort provide Parking?
Yes
Does Resort have bike/car renting facility?
We do not have cars and bikes on Rent. But available right outside the Resort.
Are outside Guest’s allowed in the Resort?
We do not allow outside guests or visitors inside the Resort but can wait at the Reception.
Is there any entertainment in the Resort and when?
Yes we do have weekly entertainment at Tanya’s – the Village Restaurant 3 times a week. The entertainment schedule is subject to change.
Does the Resort have Wi-Fi facility?
Free Wi-Fi Available at Resort.
Do you have a Pet Policy?
We regret to inform you that animals are not allowed in the Resort.
What is Check-in & Check-out time?
The housekeeping team needs time Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00am. However, we endeavor to give the rooms as early as possible
Is it possible to check-in earlier?
Yes, it possible to check-in earlier 1 or 2hrs prior to Check-in time. Subject to availability.
Is there a Safety deposit box available at Resort?
All Suites have a Electronic Safe Locker in Room. We also have a Safety Deposit available at Reception at a nominal charge.
Do You have Rooms with a Bath Tub?
Yes, Only in Indulgence Suites, Junior Pent and Princeton Villa Rooms.
What is the distance from the Airport to the Resort?
The distance from the Dabolim airport in Vasco to the Resort which is in Calangute is 45kms away
What is the distance from Margao Railway Station, Vasco Railway Station and Thivim Railway Station to the Resort?
From Margao railway station to the resort it is 53 kms.
From Vasco railway station to the resort it is 43 kms.
From Thivim railways station to the resort it is 24 kms.
What the closest Night Life from Resort?
Club Tito’s(Baga) and Café Mambo are 1-2 kms away from the Resort. Club Cubana (Arpora) is about 2-3 kms.
Is there any transportation available to/from the Airport/Railway Station?
Yes it is available. Please contact Front Office.
How far is the nearest hospital to the Resort?
We have a doctor on call but the nearest hospital is in Candolim and it is 10-12 minutes away from the resort i.e. 3-4km away.
Where is breakfast served and at what time?
Breakfast is served at Tanya’s – The Village Restaurant daily from 7.30am – 10.30am
How many Restaurants & bars do you have and what are they?

Is vegetarian cuisine available in the Restaurants?
Yes it is available and also Jain Food

What are the cancellation charges?
The cancellation charges depend on the following:-
i. If any booking done online then it will be as per the rate plan.
ii. If it is a direct reservation with the hotel and not on the website.
iii. For festive season no refund or cancellation.
iv. In case of no show, 100% retention is charged.
Administrative Charges: In case of full refund, administrative charges @ 5% of the total booking amount shall be deducted.
